At Biliand Empire, we prioritize the health and safety of our youngest clients. Due to the nature of our products (baby food), we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

WHY?

We cannot guarantee the safety and integrity of our products once they leave our facility. To ensure the well-being of our tiny customers, we cannot risk reselling or reusing returned items.

Which items are eligible for a refund?

Unused and unopened products in their original packaging
Products with manufacturing defects
Products damaged during shipping

What if i receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within [1-2 days] of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

No exceptions will be made to this policy. We appreciate your understanding in prioritizing the health and safety of our baby clients.

What areas in Lagos do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas within Lagos, including but not limited to Ikeja, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Surulere, Yaba, and Ajah.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Lagos typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM are usually processed the same day.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for an additional fee of ₦2,000. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
