Refund

At Biliand Empire, we prioritize the health and safety of our youngest clients. Due to the nature of our products (baby food), we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Why?
We cannot guarantee the safety and integrity of our products once they leave our facility. To ensure the well-being of our tiny customers, we cannot risk reselling or reusing returned items.

We offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  1. Unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
  2. Products with manufacturing defects.
  3. Products that are damaged during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 1–2 days of delivery. We’ll assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

No exceptions will be made to this policy. We appreciate your understanding in prioritizing the health and safety of our baby clients.

Creating an Account

To create an account:

  1. Click on the Sign Up or Create Account button on our website.
  2. Fill in your personal information, including your name, email address, and password.
  3. Click Submit to complete the registration process.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account.

To view your order history:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Order History or My Orders section.
  3. You will see a list of all your past orders, including order details and status.

To reset your password:

  1. Click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  4. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.

Delivery

We deliver to all areas within Lagos, including but not limited to Ikeja, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Surulere, Yaba and Ajah.

Delivery within Lagos typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM are usually processed the same day.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for an additional fee of ₦2,000. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.

Payment

  1. Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard.
  2. Bank Transfers.

Yes, it is safe to use your credit/debit card on our website. We use SSL encryption to protect your payment information and ensure a secure transaction process.

Currently, we do not support splitting payments across multiple payment methods for a single order.
